Benton Soil and Water Conservation District
The Benton Soil and Water Conservation District (BSWCD) is a resource for the county residents to learn about invasive and native plants, soil and water quality, and protecting Oregon's various natural habitats.
We updated the brand and redesigned the website. Site built by Donna McMaster.
Layers of earth reveal Oregon's state soil called jory, which is a clay-like consistency and burnt orange in color. The logo is inspired by this earth surrounded by the blue current of local rivers. A human footprint reminds us to be aware of the impact we have on the planet.
Since the District emphasizes the importance of protecting Oregon's plants, we chose to highlight the staff's favorite plants and their habitats. Each business card displays a native plant or animal silhouette.
